CeRtiS® The CeRtiS® scanner is the latest evolution in biometrics fingerprint scanning technology. Originally designed for the French military it eliminates the problems experienced with most commercially available devices which cannot recognize damaged or worn fingerprints, are easily fooled by fake fingers and cannot operate in dirty or robust environments. A USB-compliant, self-cleaning, ceramic chip scanner, CeRtiS® uses a high-tech thermal sensor to measure the temperature between the ridges and the valleys of the fingerprint. Unlike optical or capacitive scanners, users draw their finger across the CeRtiS® scanner in a sweeping motion this action cleans the scanner and preventing a build-up of grease or latent fingerprints. The CeRtiS® is offered in two different versions: * CeRtiS® Image * CeRtiS® Bio CeRtiS® Image is mainly dedicated to fingerprint capture. CeRtiS® Bio which brings together a CeRtiS® reader and the powerful PC based bio-engine of id3 Semiconductors is combined with different applications dedicated to specific corporate needs. The turn key solutions solve different security problems from reliable identification to secure authentication and the SDK allow flexibility for your specific needs. Enrolment performances are excellent even with difficult fingers (dirty, old, tiny, Parkinson's disease, etc).

CeRtiS® Image CeRtiS® Image is a high quality fingerprint reader that offers high resolution and low deformation bitmap format (BMP) images of a fingerprint. CeRtiS® Image is delivered with a TWAIN® compatible standard API and with a dedicated one for specific needs. CeRtiS® Image is available for applications requiring high quality images of fingerprints for example identity documents or coupling with an AFIS.

BIOthentIC® BIOthentIC® is a highly secured smart card reader built around the powerful dedicated cryptoprocessor designed by id3 Semiconductors and the thermal sweeping fingerprint sensor FingerChip™ from ATMEL. BIOthentIC® was the first reader designed for the use of biometrics smart cards. The BIOCards have an embedded fingerprint recognition algorithm within the card itself (Match-On-SmartCard). The user's reference template is stored into the smartcard (user BIOcard®), and authentication is processed by the smartcard itself. When the reference template and live capture fingerprint match, the smartcard grants the corresponding rights. The recognition process is fully encrypted and remain inside the BIOthentIC®.

BIOthentIC® Standard The BIOthentIC® standard pack is a biometrics security solution for workstations using a BIOthentIC® reader. The standard pack is intended to be used by professionals deeply concerned by both security and user's fingerprints protection. This pack works with user's BIOCards®. Including a BIOSam (or enrolment module), the BIOthentIC® standard pack enables the user's cards management (BioCard®) as well as the user's fingerprints enrolment.

BIOthentIC® Evaluation Kit BIOthentIC® Evaluation Kit is the right tool for customers to evaluate or to benchmark our Match-On-Smart card technology and possibilities. The Evaluation kit provides, for an attractive price, a whole configuration to simulate a roll-out of a secured solution of data and access protection based on the BIOthentIC®.

BIOSam® The BIOSam® also called “Enrolment Module”, it has the same capabilities and possibilities than the user's BIOCard® except that there are no file systems on board. It enables the enrolment, the storage and the embedded matching of "enrolment officer's" fingerprints and contains and exclusive administrator generated key that allows BIOCards® to belong to a specific group and only other readers with same key will be able to manage content. Once the officer is authenticated, the BIOSam® processes the personalization of the BIOthentic® reader and user's BIOCard®. User data and fingerprints (templates) are stored in the BIOcard® (Enrolment, deletion and releasing) and management is allowed only by matching BIOSam.

BIOCard® The smart card is the most common media which responds to a need for the sole purpose of security. AxS Tracker offers a range of fully compliant cards for your various security solutions. The user's BIOCard® is a Java 2.2 card dedicated to corporate and government security applications and electronics identity documents. It is also suitable for highly secure and easy access control as required in Airports and military bases. The BIOCard® embeds a very powerful high speed bioengine allowing a 1 to 1 or 1 to N fingerprint template matching. The storage of up to 10 owner's fingerprints within a single card is possible. The fingerprint recognition takes less than 1 second. The algorithm accuracy and the unauthorized access attempt before card locking in case of recognition failure are adjustable by the enrolment authority. The BIOCard® embeds a true Match-On-Smart card, it never needs to preprocess even partially the fingerprint's template outside the card.

USB/RFID Token The IDToken is a highly secured token based on the most innovative and most secured smartcards technologies. IDToken JA64 combines a useful USB interface for logical access and a contactless interface for physical access control. When plugged into a computer through a USB port, IDToken JA64 is detected as a PS/SC smart card reader already containing a smart card. When used with the CeRtiS® Hawk® HT software the idToken provides a convenient cost effective and comfortable solution to protect your infrastructure.
